Custom Sports Services has been a registered, licensed business since 1981. We are a husband-wife team, Pat and Anita, offering a wide variety of health, fitness and management services. 

We are dedicated to lifetime fitness. Our goal is to enrich the lives of adults and children with improved health, fitness and nutrition, emphasizing the lifetime activities of fitness walking, tennis, cycling, and swimming. Our niche is developing customized training programs, for tennis fitness, and general life fitness, for athletes and non-athletic everyday people. We are both experienced program directors, instructors and clinicians, in a variety of disciplines. Our 2008 project keys on mental fitness, using business psychology and self awareness to eliminate work stress. "Making the Job Work for You" is a self study guide to balance work  stress.  

By day Patrick wears a Risk Management and Safety hat as a certified NPSI inspector of all types of recreational facilities. He has worked extensively with Mountain Bike facilities. A Master USPTA Tennis Professional for 18 years,  he works with top junior and competitive tennis players. His creative hat turns ideas into books music and song. Hooked on tennis and the guitar at 11, he plays at both nearly every day. Luckily,  the sport of cycling connected him to his better half. His wife Anita is his balance; logical and linear, she too wears many hats as an Community Health Promotions Director, Exercise Physiologist, tennis and former cycling coach, and personal trainer. As Lifetime Fitness belongs to children, Anita has customized fitness, skills development and weight-loss programs for our little people. Todays society ignores the need for children to exercise.

Diet is a cornerstone of Lifetime Fitness. Anita's Bakery is your kitchen connection for reworking fatty, traditional recipes into tasty, nutritional healthy delights (and lucky taste-master Pat gets to sample them all!)

Pat and Anita are available for speaking engagements, seminars on facility programming, facility risk management assessment and contracts. Custom Sports Services is based out of the Pembroke Falls Recreation Facility, located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
